For in-sotck orders, the estimated delivery times is 2-5 working days. For the pre-order purchases, the delivery time is 1-4 weeks from the ordering date.
Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be
incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand
will not be responsible for these expenses.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for ordering at FLR online shop.
We hope you love the pieces that you've ordered. If something didn't
work out, you have 10 days to make a return after delivery date.
Please note that made-to-order purchases are not eligible for returns, unless it's due to a quality issue. We will be in contact with you regarding measurments and sizing before purchase.
To request a return, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your item and we will send you a return form and assist you through the process. Please book a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returns until we physically receive them.
Please try items on with care. The product
must be in perfect conditions (no deo/perfume/make-up stains, unworn, unwashed) and the original labels need to be
included. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your purchase in € (euro).
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card.
Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.
