Do you restock your items?
Unique pieces are partly made from second hand clothes, so when these pieces are sold out it won't be possible to shop them again. But no worries, the same model can come back in another color, print, fabric.
For the other models, when they are SOLD OUT and you really want to have a specific piece, you can contact me. If I can still find the fabric, I will re order some.
What happens when I place a made-to-order?
To avoid overproduction, some pieces are only available as made-to-order. Once you place an order, the piece will be handcrafted in my Atelier and shipped within 1-4 weeks.
What happens when I don't see my size?
As a small independant brand, FLR is working on developing sizes. Feel free to send me an e-mail at email@example.com or use the Contact page of this website to ask me questions regarding sizing and garment details.
For the made-to-order pieces, all sizes can be produced. If you have a specific body and are in between sizes, you can contact me and ask for a personal order.
Where do FLR's materials come from?
I choose each fabric specifically in places I travel to such as my hometown in southern France, in Paris or Berlin. I used to work in a second hand shop where I select second hand clothes to give them a second life. I merge them with new materials to design my garments. I chose to include vintage items for ethical and aesthetic reasons.
For denim, I mostly use second hand jeans from a flea market in Brussels. I unsew them to keep as much material as possible and reuse it as patchworks or as new full pants.
For jersey, I use the fabric waste to make scrunchies or give it to the sustainable intimates brand Saqua.
